Solo Exhibit at The Greenfield Gallery “Visions of Love” & 1-Day Workshop

I’m pleased to share that I have a new solo exhibit at The Greenfield Gallery in Greenfield, MA. If you’re in the area, join me on Friday, August 24th for my Artist Talk and Reception, starting at 5:30pm.

Additionally, I’ll be giving a one-day abstract painting workshop, 

“Intuitive Abstract Painting” on September 15th (10:30am-2:30pm)

This oil painting workshop is excellent for anyone wanting to explore the exciting results of an intuitive approach to abstract painting. In this 1-Day workshop, we will focus on the use of color, expressive brushwork and various mark-making techniques, while taking artistic risks in order to find one's own unique voice. This workshop provides a supportive environment for painters both beginning and advanced who wish to take creative risks and experience it’s exciting results. One-on-one instruction will be provided to each student, supplemented by a painting demonstration, slide show, and adequate painting time for exploration. Appropriate for both beginning and advanced students. 

$85 for supplies provided ($30 materials fee includes four sheets of 15x11 Arches oil paper, access to oil paints, painting medium, oil brushes, gloves, painting palette, rags and solvent)
$55 for students bringing their own painting materials and supplies

When registering for this workshop, please specify in advance if you will be bringing your own supplies. If bringing your own supplies, a suggested materials list will be provided.

* We will be taking a short break during this workshop to refuel, so feel free to bring lunch or snack. The Greenfield Gallery will be providing some light refreshments.
