New Works in Progress-Interiors

As autumn approaches, the light is beginning to rapidly change, everyday. As this beautiful weather and changing light pours into the windows of my home, I feel compelled to paint these quiet moments. I am curious about this current direction in my work. Though I am still interested in creating works with the use of text, I cannot deny myself this deep desire to use a palette knife and brush to slather on color and paint, and just...paint.
